How I Found the Best Teeth Whitening Product in the Market

I go to our family dentist biannually for the usual check-up and cleaning. During one of my visits, she commented that my teeth are turning yellow and I should consider having them whitened. Being a very smiley person, I really thought about this because I wanted to maintain a nice smile.

I can’t have yellow teeth. So I called my dentist at her office and asked her what she thinks is the best teeth whitening product out there. Her response: whitening pens or custom whitening trays. She said they’re both really good and I should be the one to choose which I’d be comfortable in using.

Whitening pens work kind of like whitening gel, you brush it onto your teeth. However, the pens have more accuracy and more concentrated ingredients that give the users faster results. They’re also tasteless. The whitening trays, on the other hand, should be carefully picked out. It wouldn’t hurt to spend more when buying these because choosing a very cheap brand could render you uncomfortable. Low-priced ones also tend to get messy and no one wants that.

The word best is relative, but I still want the best teeth whitening product for my teeth, so I’ll try both and see what works for me.
